What is Monquiro?
A second brain: notes, a daily journal, tasks, your calendar and your inbox in one app — with an assistant that has read all of it. Unlike a notes app, it starts the conversation: a brief each morning, and a short question when something genuinely needs you.
What does "speaks first" actually mean?
Each morning you get one brief — today’s meetings, anything urgent in your inbox, what is overdue — on a single page. During the day, if something real comes up, you get one short message you can reply to, like "How is the outreach going?" That is it. It is designed to stay quiet when there is nothing worth saying.
Will it spam me?
It is built the other way round. There is a hard daily cap, quiet hours, and a rule that a message must be about something specific in your own notes, calendar or inbox. Ignore a few and it slows down on its own. Say "notify me less about X" and it writes that down as a rule it follows.
Do I have to connect Gmail and Calendar?
No — it works as a notes and tasks app on its own. But connecting them is where it gets good: your meetings and your inbox are what let the assistant say something useful about your actual day instead of your notes alone.
Can it read or send my email?
It reads, and only to give you context. Access is read-only: Monquiro can never send, reply, delete or modify anything in your mailbox. You can disconnect at any time and revoke access from your Google account.
Where is my data?
Hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant, and yours. We do not sell it, we do not train public models on it, and you can export or delete your account whenever you want.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — Monquiro is on Android, and the web app works on any browser. The daily brief arrives as its own notification, and you can reply to the assistant straight from it.
What does it cost?
Free forever for notes, tasks and the journal, with a weekly brief. Pro is €9.99/month and adds the daily brief, proactive check-ins, unlimited chat and unlimited projects. Scale is €19.99/month for unlimited research, more connected inboxes and more storage.
